Returns & Refunds

Because many FAFA Mahjong products are custom-made, eligibility depends on the item type and production status.

Standard items

Unused standard products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Custom orders

Custom, engraved, personalized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins and are not returnable unless defective or damaged.

Damaged items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can review replacement or refund options.
